I placed an order on 12 July (a screen protector for a tablet) and received an email with an expected delivery date of 22 July. Today is 23 July, and I haven’t received any updates. I decided to email customer service myself. They replied the next morning, on 24 July, saying that my order was on its way and that I would receive another email shortly. That same afternoon, they sent me an email stating that the order had ultimately been cancelled because the product was out of stock and they were unable to order it. Meanwhile, on their website, even today, it still says the product is in stock...
