I paid a higher delivery cost through GLS as I opted for the parcel to arrive quicker as it was mentioned on the website as 4 days delivery but 10 days have passed and I still haven't received my order. It is scam on the face of it to ask for a higher shipping cost and the company forget to send the parcel. If I hadn't emailed them 4 days after the order date to give me an AWB number, I think they would have completely forgotten to send the parcel, apologising that "actually the product is in another warehouse"
