02 · How AI credits work
Usage follows real model consumption, not clicks
You see current usage in the client workspace. Reaching the limit pauses further AI operations while review collection, management and publishing remain available.
Translations: Credits are used when translating reviews and replies.
Replies and moderation: Automated replies and the initial AI assessment of a reported review consume credits according to actual model usage.
Analysis and public summaries: Date-range analysis, public-summary generation and the required language versions count toward the current period.
Other features: Collecting, managing, filtering, publishing and exporting reviews does not use AI credits.
Displayed prices The toggle recalculates the monthly price using a 23% VAT rate. Final billing The applicable VAT is determined from the customer's billing details during checkout.
Prices are monthly and exclude VAT. You can change your plan later as order volume changes.

What happens when I reach the order limit?
See current order and AI-credit usage in your account and move to a higher plan. Stored reviews, profiles, widgets and settings remain intact.
What uses AI credits?
Credits are used only by operations that call an AI model: translations, automated replies, analysis, public summaries and initial report assessment. Viewing, filtering and exporting reviews does not consume credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
AI credits belong to a specific monthly subscription period and a new limit is applied when the period renews.
Do I pay separately for each country or domain?
No. Pricing is based on order volume and AI credits. Multiple local stores, domains and languages can be managed in one account.
