According to our internal system, you placed your order on 30 March 2026 at 20:57 and collected the goods in person on 1 April 2026 at 15:55 from our store in Košice – Optima. We are a company that has been operating in Slovakia for over 20 years with more than 45 stores. As an established Slovak company, we are under the constant supervision of state regulatory bodies and inspections (SOI), which completely rules out the sale of any non-genuine products. We have not yet received any notice of withdrawal from the contract, but as soon as we do, your funds will of course be refunded to you within the statutory period.
