I was buying a Samsung galaxy S25 ultra 1TB. When ordering it was written that when I buy this device I will receive 10000 credits worth 100€ which can be used for further purchase, but I have not received any credits it's been a week since purchase. I wanted to use these credits to buy accessories for the phone cover, protective glass etc. And since carrying a mobile phone without a cover and protective glass is not an option so I had to order it from another site. I was ordering here for the first and last time, unfortunately one is actually ordering blindly, because the product is photographed only as it looks in the packaging. I was buying a protective glass for my phone, which compared to other glasses does not cover the entire screen and is missing literally a few mm, which is too much and you can not cover it even with a cover for the type of phone. I had an order created that I needed to cancel, so I contacted the eshop but apparently the customer wasn't even worth a reply.
